Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide e-mail, web and telephone based support, for Microsoft Dynamics – NAV based
Serenic Navigator and Human Capital Management software packages, to both Distribution
Partners and Direct End Users
- Log call details into the internal call tracking database
- Provide internal support to consultants and accounting personnel where required
- Produce troubleshooting documents for end users
- Log product enhancements and issues into internal tracking system
Qualifications (ideal candidate):
- Bachelors degree in accounting or other business degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in technical support and troubleshooting
- Fund accounting and/or governmental experience a strong plus
- Information systems minor or associate degree, or other formal information technology
education a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics - NAV certification or any experience using or implementing Dynamics
– NAV required
- Working knowledge of computer networks
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Articulate verbal/written communications
- Excellent time management and personal organization with efficient, disciplined
work habits
- Ability to set appropriate priorities, multi-task, and work calmly under pressure
- Equally comfortable working independently or within a team environment
- Assertive, confident, professional style, but with personable and empathetic demeanor
